At Edward Newson Illustration, your satisfaction is very important to us. We are committed to providing high-quality artwork, prints, and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for products and services purchased via edwardnewson.com.

Physical Products (Prints, Merchandise, etc.)
We accept refund or exchange requests for physical items if:

The product arrives damaged.

The product does not match the description on the website.
To be eligible, you must:

Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Provide clear photographs of the issue.

Return the item in its original condition within 30 days (we'll provide return instructions).
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or an error was made on our part.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
3. Commissioned Work
Custom artwork or commissioned illustrations are non-refundable once the project has started. However:

If you cancel before any work has begun, you may receive a full or partial refund depending on the stage of the project.

If you are unhappy with a draft or final piece, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions within the agreed terms of the commission.

Our team will respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
